We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you’re not ,  we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 14 days of purchase, unopened, unused and in its original condition. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and  retain a proof of postage.

All returns are at the expense of the purchaser. However, if goods are damaged in transit or you receive a product in error, we will refund all shipping costs.

We aim to handle your returns within ten working days of receiving the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
